I am a commercially minded technology leader with over 15 years of experience across IT operations, enterprise architecture, data, business intelligence, application development, cybersecurity and digital transformation. My work sits where business ambition meets technical reality: shaping roadmaps, simplifying platforms, improving customer journeys, building internal capability and delivering technology that people can actually use.

I have led transformation across ecommerce, fulfilment, customer service, CRM, ERP, data and cloud platforms, including API-led integrations, Dynamics 365 / Dataverse applications and reporting platforms, Power BI, Azure, internal application portals and secure operational systems. I am strongest in environments where the technology estate is messy, the business needs change quickly and the answer needs to be both practical and scalable.
