Detailed project case study
EMEA Digital Operations & Fulfilment Transformation
An end-to-end transformation across ecommerce, logistics, order fulfilment, customer service and regional operating workflows, connecting the platforms behind the customer journey.
Led digital transformation across ecommerce, fulfilment and service operations, improving platform connectivity, order speed, customer visibility and commercial performance across EMEA.
The challenge
Ecommerce channels, fulfilment, finance, inventory, logistics and service teams operated across a fragmented landscape. That fragmentation created slow order processing, limited customer visibility, manual workarounds, avoidable errors, returns and higher operating cost.
What I delivered
- Shaped the technology roadmap across cloud, data, ecommerce, fulfilment, service and cybersecurity.
- Connected Shopify, Amazon, FedEx, ERP, WMS, Dynamics 365, Sage 200 and customer service platforms.
- Introduced API-led customer onboarding and improved order and fulfilment visibility across teams.
- Modernised operational workflows to reduce manual hand-offs, failure points and time spent chasing information.
- Improved reporting capability and secure data flows across commercial and operational functions.
- Aligned platform delivery with regional growth, customer experience and scalable operations rather than isolated system upgrades.
Technologies & methods
The delivery combined platform, integration, data and operating practices appropriate to the project boundary.

Why this project matters
This work demonstrates transformation leadership rather than isolated IT delivery. It joined ecommerce, fulfilment, service, data and operations into one business system and connected the architecture directly to customer and commercial outcomes.
